Most states do not regulate chimney sweeps. Finding the right chimney sweep may be difficult. We have
heard horror stories about chimney sweeps over selling customers. While sweeping the chimney they tell
customers that they need to have the chimney relined. If your chimney sweep tells you this without using
a camera to show you get another opinion. A qualified chimney sweep should have a camera that is
lowered into the chimney to inspect the flue tiles and joints. If there is cracking and motor crumbling it
